As a sales professional, I hear time and time again its “all about price.”  Small business owners couldn’t be farther from the truth – you must create VALUE.  Harder said than done, but must create value FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR COMPANY

Here’s 2 idea:

1. Do what others are not willing, won’t, can’t, SHOULD doooooo & you’ll create value for your customers. 

2. Stop worrying about what you can’t control; the weather, the economy, the news, the industry…once you realize you can’t control those things, focusing on what you can control becomes easier!
